Neighborhood Information
Many luxury class apartment buildings line Benjamin Franklin Parkway, which connects City Hall and Fairmount Park. This tree-lined avenue is adorned by fountains, flowers and flags. Its also home to many of Philadelphias cultural attractions including the Philadelphia Museum or Art, the Academy of Natural Sciences and the Franklin Institute.
Many of the apartment homes on the Parkway are walking distance to Philadelphias business district, restaurants and shopping as well as Hahnemann University. The ones that are farther away offer free transportation into Center City.
The ease of life of the Parkway attracts a combination of working professionals, students and retirees.
